Considering to stop News Features

Thx to all the kind people which regularly show love and appreciance and all the wonderful Birthday wishes which really made my Day

Well it's not that many people are most ungrateful, (I'm used to that ... recently going through my watch list I even found several people who never gave s.o. else a single, lousy ) but now I'm really pissed ! For the last articles I received more and more rejections, was verbally attacked and affronted. Even a contra article against one of mine (see the 'self portraits' feature) was submitted and my still friendly answers ignored. Now, those people have a steady, warm place on my blacklist . I never enjoyed long discussions but I'm coming more and more to the conclusion that I waste time and just cast pearls before swines. Sincerely Yours, Frank

'I was born in March' says the title of one of my last deviations. True, I'm gettin old, exactly 44 today to be frank but there's life in the old dog yet and - hell yeah! - he's even still learning new tricks I just submitted the 5th Edition of my News Articles: 'Legs Up! - It's PINUP time again!'. PlS have a look and should you like it show the featured artists artists some love.

2010 - Banana Prices are Rising

Thx again for all the support and kindness in 2009 which was a really a good year for me

My plans for 2010 are simple: trying to get better in all what I do, shoot more landscapes, make better macros, more street-photography, get into people & portraits-photography. A new tripod, a macro-ringflash & some anachromatic Raynox lenses upto 4:1 shall enable me to dive even deeper in the macro world. A new Sigma 10-20mm ultra-wide-ancle lens makes fantastic landscape and architecture shots possible (all recent scapes have been shot with this lens, it's really fun to work with). You see, I'm well equipped and can't wait until spring begins

Summer is passing away in Germany and autumn arrives quickly everwhere. This time of the year makes me somehow melancholic, since once the leaves are falling, they won't return before April. Well it was a wonderful summer which I shall never forget, I spent much time in nature and among beloved people. Once and for all I stop sending 'Thanks for the '- messages. Week for week I spent hours sending them, thats time wasting and useless since most people consider them as sort of spam anyway (including me and DeviantART's spam control). I'm really happy to have so many loyal regulars, apprearing in my message and comment boxes, I either watch-back these kind people or visit their pages from time to time to look at their work and leave comments and/or s. I'm sure thats the better way.
