I don't really fall for snow-and-red-berry photos lately. But this one is so well done that I feel the need to congratulate you. First, I love the focus. Those thorns stand out at just the right place, leading the eye to the middle. The background is nice - this gray-blue and white combination is perfect. The red berries (rosehip?) are a great element of the composition. I also love the fact you didn't give in to the urge to mess with saturation - the photo looks natural and clean.
All in all, it's really not an original photo. It's more of a classic, but it was done with such grace that it catches attention and keeps it.
