The shot has great detail and focus. The not so conventional viewpoint makes a common weed a thing of wonder! The addition of the water droplets has given the picture a wonderfully fresh feel.
The combination of all these things gives a final result that is pleasing to the eye and that you want to look at over and over again.

I was first amazed by the quality of the focus. The details are great here. Wonderful macro.
The originality of your shot is the way you cut it. I found great the way you decided to photograph half a dandelion and a few seeds.
To my mind the background is okay, because blue, green and white fit together here. The touch of brown brought by the seeds makes it gorgeous.
It might be not very original. Indeed everybody knows about dandelions, but it looks kinda surreal here and I have to say that I never had seen such a dandelion, nor imagine it.
